Everything was clean, I enjoyed the staff and service. The bed was extremely comfy. Café The Union Jack was 1 mile away. I was satisfied with great prices, no complains at all...

Well we loved this place, spent 1 good day here. There was a great restaurant on the way. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and had hypo-allergenic pillows. The breakfast was not included, yet it could be much better.
The setting was unfortunate, it was a pity.

We stayed 4 nights and it was a really enjoyable fit. The bed was comfortable and the restaurant was popular and had plenty of food.

Tidy, big bed, perfect location. Staff was willing to help and provided local information. The honesty bar was fantastic and the drinks were warm. Stayed here before, unique place to stay.

We loved staff and food, felt like home. The bed was good and the bedroom was good sized. That was incredibly beautiful hotel set in picturesque area. Unique interior, superb restaurant. Furthermore, free WiFi - was a nice touch.

brilliant location, fine bed, efficient check-in & lovely staff. i liked the room, it was cosy and had a great decor. the breakfast was savoury, with plenty of food. restful experience, reasonable base for a stopover.
Facilities were wonderful, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Fab location, it's fairly clean and the staff is brilliant. Delightful view, a modern balcony, very comfy bed, too. Quick check-in too;))

Well, it was a wonderful stay for us. Staff were INCREDIBLE, setting is in 15 minutes' walk to downtown. Family room had everything we needed. Moreover, bonus was WiFi.

It's a lovely hotel in Kendal. We had apartment with open windows. The food was tasty. The service offered was perfect too.
